When I contacted him within a few hours he was ready with the comps, the necessary market information that helped us decide to move forward. He set a timeline, met each one of them and we were ready to stage and list in the next few days. The turnaround time if fully in his control because he has a dedicated team of support staff that helps him with the staging and listing.

I was recommended to him by friend and decided to call him, the best decision of my life. I reached out to him with uncertainty to sell my condo in Newark, CA. He looked at the property and gave me an estimate of selling price. I wasn’t sure if I am ready to make a move or not from Condo to SFH. I was always waiting for the right time. Buy single family home at low market, but hopefully get top $$ for the condo. He explained the real estate trend of the bay area. Not only he explained different school districts but also helped us narrow down locations so our investment grows exponentially from there.
Selling Experience : When the condo / townhouse market was going down, and looking at the comps of other condos in my HOA, i was afraid i am gonna loose alot. There were times, I was afraid and getting impatient, but he explained his plan. His staging team did a terrific job. I wasn’t able to recognize my home itself. I did get few offers in week 2, but most of them were low except 1. Networking always works in any industry. His strong network helped me get top $$ for my condo. I was able to sell the condo at the asking price.
Buying Experience: He and his team showed us around 15-20 houses. After a few house tours, he had an idea for our preferences. At every tour, he will explain pros and cons of a property. Even if he knew we wont be able to beat an offer ( due to my budget constraints), he encouraged us to submit the offer. He stayed late nights to complete the offer package, ( we knew its not gonna be accepted) . I liked his logic, that we never know what our fate. In the end, we ended up in a SFH in Union City, nice neighborhood, decent schools, but meet our preferences (high ceilings, decent back yard).
He truly spends time with his clients and educate them. I have bought home in the past with other realtors, but none of them can match him. (atleast in my mind).

"Satya helped us in buying our first home. Working with Satya has been the best decision we made in our home buying process. He approach to helping us buy the home has been very methodical and intuitive.
Satya was recommended to us by a friend who had earlier bought a home with his assistance. Satya initially set up a one-on-one and explained the whole process of how to get started looking for a home. He listened to our requirements and suggested an approach in helping us narrow our search for our ideal home. He was very honest in letting us know when we became desperate to get a home and helped us maintain a cool head when we were almost about to jump on a home which would have been very inconvenient for us in the long run.
That being said Satya did not force us into settling down on a home as well. He let us look around a few homes we were interested in and helped us narrow down the ones which were worth pursuing. The story of how we landed on our dream home should be told. We initially went to look at another property overlooking a park which ended up being a dead end due to some factors. The way he handled the entire process was exemplary.
He also helped us in securing a good mortgage and helped us close the home by the said deadline. "We were in the market to buy our first investment home with no experience in real estate investment. We were very nervous as we didn’t only want a real estate agent who will just help us in buying a property but we wanted someone who could help us through the entire process even after purchase. After hearing Satya’s advertisement on radio and going through the reviews on Zillow we decided to call Satya. After the very first call with him all my nervousness was gone and we were sure that we made a right choice by having Satya on our side to help us out.
In first call he understood what our requirements were, what is our budget, what is our risk taking capacity etc. He explained different kind of real estate investments and helped us narrow down what kid we are looking for given our situation. Then he suggested different areas and neighborhoods to look for so that we can check all those areas before narrowing in down on areas we were interested in. After looking at these areas he helped us with the criteria to consider for comparison based on our goal so that we select the right neighborhood for investment. Once the area was selected he then explained pros and cons of buying old vs recently built vs brand new houses. He explained what to look for in a investment house vs buying a house for yourself to stay in so that we don’t mix our personal feelings while making decisions. He wanted make sure that we get a property which is easily rentable, easy to maintain and gives max return on our investment. We were able to narrow down on a great property with his help and he helped us negotiate a great price. He also helped us get good interest rate by providing us with many mortgage agents for comparison purpose. Once we had numbers from various mortgage agents he helped us pick right program and rate. There were numerous calls between us and Satya during this process and Satya made sure to answer all our questions and concerns at every step and guided us throughout until we closed the transaction.
However Satya’s guidance didn’t end just with the closing of escrow. Having no idea about how to rent a place we were very nervous after the purchase. Satya helped us though the entire process of renting the house until we found our tenant and signed the lease. First he guided us through the process of selecting right window treatments and landscaping design which will be easy to maintain for a rental house and helped us select right vendors/contractors for the job. He helped us with the advertisement for the rental property, gave us tips on showing the property to prospective renters, helped us through the renters’ screening process and selecting a renter. This involved numerous back and forth phone calls. He also helped me with preparing lease agreement over long screen sharing meeting late evening. Purchasing a home is one thing but without his help I wouldn’t have been able to rent the place within a month of purchase.
The whole process was extremely smooth and it was absolute pleasure to work with Satya. It felt like he was always working in our interest than his own. I always felt very comfortable asking him any kind of question on concern and never felt forced to make any decision on the other side he was extremely good at politely explaining if we were not thinking in right direction in some cases. "Buying our first home was scary but we were guided and advised from start to finsh by Satya. For us, there were three phases that I would like to highlight: pre-buy, actual buy, and post-buy.
During the pre-buy, it started with Satya making time for us to understand our needs, explain the process, always had time to answer questions, and strategized together regarding an action plan. The action plan was mainly derived from our needs being translated into which area to focus on, how important was a school district, how would a 3 to 5 to 7 year lifestyle look like, and keeping in mind intricate details like ventilation etc. And of course before we started touring houses, we needed to run the numbers to understand the range of houses we needed to focus on and Satya helped us with this analysis as well.
The actual buy: After a few weeks of visiting many houses, Satya disected the ways to evaluate and decide on a house from different angles namely: do you like the area, sound (road noise outside and from inside the property), floor plan liking, ventilation, wear and tear of cabinets/walls etc. These different factors of evaluation absolutely made the decision process thorough. Once the house was selected, Satya provided his next level of support by walking through the reports associated to the property. Before you make an offer, Satya provided us with key market analytics that helped us make an educated offer for the property.
Once we won the offer, Satya now walked us through the closing procedure. Although most of the interaction was between the bank and us, he was always there to address any doubts we had.
The Post-buy: Now that we finalized the paperwork with the bank and were getting ready to move-in, Satya took his service to the next level. His job was technically complete by now but he was in regular contact till we completely moved-in to the house. This level of support from Satya made our journey extremely enjoyable!
